Eligibility

Services
Enrollment
To enroll in our music lessons, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate and complete information, and pay the applicable fees. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Sound Music School.
Payment
All fees for lessons and other services must be paid in advance. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed during the registration process. If payment is not received or is declined, your enrollment may be canceled or suspended.
Cancellation and Refunds
Student-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice to receive a reschedule. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
School-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Use of Our Website
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct
